The Faringdon Chair Bed combines unique handcrafted style with smart, space-saving practicality. Designed and built in-house by our small dedicated team, this charming chair bed is crafted using our reliable roll-out mechanism, making it simple to convert from chair to bed in just moments.
Each Faringdon is finished with beautifully fitted wooden components made from sustainable redwood pine timber fixed around the steel frame which is the core to a quality, robust chair bed. Featuring wooden arm rests and independent storage drawer which simply rolls out on small castors. Choose from our range of wood-stain colours, all completed with a top coat of briwax polish for a natural soft sheen which protects the wood and enhances the grain.
Comfort is at the heart of the design. The mattress is made using high-quality reflex foam, with the option to upgrade to a luxury memory foam topper, laminated directly to the reflex base for improved support all wrapped inthick fibre wadding then encased in a handmade quilted fabric cover for the most comfortable night’s sleep.
Perfect for smaller rooms, home offices, or guest spaces, the Faringdon Chair Bed is an ideal solution for occasional use or as a spare-room guest bed.

The Faringdon chair bed will be delivered on a weekday by either of the following options:
Standard Delivery:
Packages 4 - Delivered to ground floor, front entrance of the property / Not Assembled
Room of Choice:
Packages 4 - Delivered to the room of choice within the property / Not Assembled
Kindly note: Due to the nature of this product having wooden components. The Faringdon chair bed will always be delivered as 4 packages when choosing either of the delivery options. This will then require the assembly of the chair bed to be completed by the customer.

We bought this to have an extra sleeping option in our small 1 bed flat. We were impressed by the quality of the futon mattress and folding bed frame, and straightforward mechanism. We got it in green velvet and it looks great. It is very wide (pretty much the width of a single mattress), which makes it super comfy also while sitting, you can easily sit cross-legged on it, but it does make for a bulky piece of furniture so wouldn't work for the smallest spaces.
