The Aylesbury Chair Bed combines timeless style with exceptional build quality, handmade in-house by our skilled and dedicated team. Designed for versatility and comfort, it’s built using our reliable roll out mechanism—easy to operate and crafted from durable, high-quality materials and fabrics.
Sustainable redwood pine plinths are fitted around the sturdy, steel frame and can be finished in any of our wood stain options. Complete with wooden arm rests and small storage drawer each individual piece is hand-polished with Briwax and buffed to achieve a soft, natural sheen while protecting the timber.
Choose between two premium mattress options, both manufactured from high-density reflex foam. For enhanced comfort, you can upgrade to a reflex foam mattress with a luxury memory foam topper laminated in place for superior support. The outer cover is quilted with fibre wadding and finished with deep buttoning for a stylish look and added comfort. One complimentary scatter cushion also included.
Perfect as an occasional guest bed or for a spare room, the Aylesbury Chair Bed is available in a wide selection of quality fabrics, including durable weaves and soft chenilles.

The Aylesbury chair bed will be delivered on a week day by either of the following options:
Standard Delivery:
Packages 4 - Delivered to the ground floor, front entrance of the property / Not Assembled
Room of Choice:
Packages 4 - Delivered to the room of choice within the property / Not Assembled
Kindly Note: Due to the size and nature of the chair bed having wooden components the Aylesbury chair bed will always be delivered in 4 packages when choosing either of the delivery options. This will then require the assembly of the chair bed to be completed by the customer.

Very happy with the new chair bed
We've just received delivery of a new chair bed. We're very pleased with it. The quality looks very good and the folding mechanism is easy to use. The build instructions are easy to follow and assembly time is very quick. Highly recommended. Thank you also to the customer support team for a quick delivery.

I received my chair bed this morning and I am thrilled with it. I was able to assemble it with no problems and am impressed with its overall sturdiness and quality. I would highly recommend Sofabed Barn. Delivery service was also very good.

Lovely chair
Just received my Aylesbury chair bed in medium oak and Oyster chenille, it's stunning and beautiful quality, very comfortable. The company are also really responsive and friendly, I'd highly recommend them!

After a long wait in on the delivery day, i finally received this beautifully crafted chairbed. It is way better than expected with excellent quality. Very strong, although the assembly of wood parts was not straightforward as they did not have a picture explanation but it is all sorted now.
All in all, i love it! Probably the best buy i have made. I must say it is way worth its price. A very happy customer.

Brilliant sofa bed.
I had this model made in navy blue chenille and medium oak, and it is beautiful. Very comfy, stylish and so well made. It's a cosy chair and a spare bed for visitors in my small bungalow. Highly recommend this company.

We have just taken delivery of a Aylesbury Futon Chair Bed which we are so pleased with. From start to finish the customer service from this company was excellent, the workmanship on this chair is excellent,the cover and mattress also excellent quality. Delivery date given was also met. It is nice to fine such excellent service. This company has got it right and I highly recommend it
